Seeing participants and staff struggle to use digital products effectively during five years of working in academic research catalyzed my transition into product design.

Design Manager
- Built a responsive website for a nonprofit client from the ground up in Webflow, leading the full design process from stakeholder interviews through to launch.
- Developed a comprehensive Product Requirements Document (PRD) through stakeholder interviews, business analysis, and competitive audits of nonprofit websites.
- Led wireframe creation, information architecture design, Hi-Fi UI screen design, and prototyping in Figma, aligning user needs with organizational goals.
Clinical Research Coordinator
- Managed complex project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication acrossmultidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced research environment.
- Led team meetings and built and created participant tracking systems, improving coordination andreducing workflow inefficiencies.
- Developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and trained team members, improving workflowconsistency and supporting organizational change during a leadership transition.
